刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器是利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)將液體分布成均勻薄膜而進行蒸發(fā)或蒸餾的一種高效蒸發(fā)、蒸餾設備，也可進行脫臭、脫泡反應及加熱、冷卻等單元操作，可廣泛適用于中、西制藥、食品、輕工、石油、化工、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。

本設備是目前國外***新結構蒸發(fā)器，在流量很小的情況下也能形成薄膜，在筒體蒸發(fā)段內(nèi)壁表面附著處理液中的淤積物可被活動刮板迅速移去，和固定間隙的刮板蒸發(fā)器相比，蒸發(fā)量可提高40-69%，它具有下列性能與特點：

1、傳熱系數(shù)值高，蒸發(fā)能力大，蒸發(fā)強度可達到100kg/m2·hr，熱效率高。
2、物料加熱時間短，約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作，對熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成份不產(chǎn)生任何分解，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
3、適應粘度變化范圍廣，高低粘度物均可以處理，物料粘度可高達10萬厘泊（CP）
4、改變刮板溝槽旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料在蒸發(fā)器的打理時間。
5、蒸發(fā)段筒體內(nèi)壁經(jīng)過精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產(chǎn)生結焦、結垢。
6、操作方便，產(chǎn)品指標調(diào)節(jié)容易，在密閉條件下，可以自控進行連續(xù)性生產(chǎn)。
7、設備占地面積小，結構簡單，維修方便，清洗容易。
